The second edition of Madhu Mandapam, India’s premier alcohol and beverage pavilion, opened to an enthusiastic crowd at World Food India (WFI) 2025, held from September 25-28 at Hall 05, Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. The pavilion was inaugurated by Shyam Singh Negi, Senior Economic Advisor at the Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MoFPI).

The exhibition floor came alive with flair bartending performances, featuring choreographed routines with bottle manipulation, theatrical pours, and cocktail creations.
